Emma and Nathan first met in the summer of 2019. Nathan was renting a house from Emma's grandfather, and one day while he was talking with him in the backyard, Emma saw him and went out to be introduced. On their first date, they went to Hatfield Park with Nathan's dog, Wrigley, and spent time getting to know each other. They had an instant connection as friends that quickly grew into more.
